⭐️ Added calcium or protein - Consider weather this is something you are at risk of being deficient in. Most alternative milks are void of these nutrients, so it can be important to find the balance within your daily diet.⁠

Our top recommendation would be to make your own! Simply blend your choice of nut or seed with water until smooth, then strain it through a nut milk bag. ⁠
